Oranges with Fresh Mint
Add a little sweetness to any meal. Enjoy especially with North African tagine, couscous, and chermoula.
Serves 4 to 6
- 6 oranges, peeled and sectioned
- ¼ cup chopped fresh mint leaves
- Wash the oranges and mint leaves. Cut each orange section into about 3 pieces and put into a bowl.
- Add the chopped mint leaves and stir gently to combine.
