Cucumber Tzatziki
Tzatziki is a creamy yogurt sauce made with cucumber, garlic, lemon juice, and fresh herbs. Commonly used in Greek or Middle Eastern cuisine, tzatziki can be served alongside rice or meat dishes, used as a dip for fresh or grilled vegetables, or spread on flatbreads, crackers, or sandwiches. If using English or Persian cucumbers, you don’t have to peel them before grating.

- 1 small garlic clove, minced
