Yogurt Sauce with Mint

Serve as a dipping sauce for Middle Eastern falafel.

Makes about 1 cup.
  • 1 cup plain, low fat yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint leaves
  • ⅛ teaspoon salt
  • ⅛ teaspoon black pepper


  1.  In a bowl, stir together the yogurt, mint, salt, and pepper.
