Mango Fruit Salad
Enjoy with Indian lentils, carrot rice pilaf, and chapatis.
Serves 6 as a side dish
- 2 bananas peeled and sliced
- 1 ripe mango peeled and cut into ½-inch pieces
- 2 oranges peeled and cut into ¾-inch pieces
- 2 tbsp coconut unsweetened shredded or shaved
- 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
- In a bowl, combine all the ingredients and stir lightly. Serve immediately.
