Yogurt Sauce with Mint
Serve as a dipping sauce for Middle Eastern falafel.
Makes about 1 cup.
- 1 cup plain, low fat yogurt
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint leaves
- ⅛ teaspoon salt
- ⅛ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- In a bowl, stir together the yogurt, mint, salt, and pepper.
